Last Friday's Pizza

Leo and I made a homemade garlic crust. I wanted to do eggplant, but they only had the Japanese variety at the store. I decided to give it a try, as I didn't want to trek to another market. It was yummy - a more delicate flavor than the American eggplant.

We did pesto, eggplant, red peppers, kalamata olives, feta, chili garlic, and red pepper. Very, very good. It would be perfect with garden tomatoes added in the summer.
